Perched stately on a hill, this new build was envisioned as a home for generations, exuding grace, presence, and timeless elegance. The owners called upon Vania to undertake the design, creating a residence that would set the stage for their next era. With three young children, they sought a home that seamlessly combined functionality for an active family with a handsome, beautifully crafted environment. Recognizing the scale of the project, Vania enlisted Kimberly of Kimberly Jones Lifestyle to share the lead design role, ensuring meticulous attention to every detail. Now nearing completion, the home reflects care and thought in every space, including the exterior landscaping, resulting in a cohesive and refined residence built to welcome family, friends, and future generations alike.
